Pre-press
Estúdio Gráfico 21 is equipped to receive all works in digital format through the internet. It has software that allows the integration of all type of programs such as Illustrator, InDesign, Quarkxpress, Acrobat, among others. Whenever required, our technical staff can prepare final arts or pagination, image treatment and digital colour testing.
Printing
Estúdio Gráfico 21 is equipped with a mid-sized (59 x 74 cm) Rolland 500 with six offset printing units and an inline (cold) foil tower and varnish body.
Our printing services can include substrates of polypropylene (up to 5 micron) and digital printing of small formats.
Finishing
Estúdio Gráfico 21 has experienced professionals and is equipped with the tooling and systems needed to offer a wide range of in-house finishing, including:
- Special cut and creasing, stamping (high and low relief), perforation and micro perforation
- UV varnishing (offset and serigraphic)
- Hot stamping
- Thermal lamination (glossy and matte)
- Manual and mechanical gluing
- Ring wiring
- Application of eyelets
- Punching for files
- Application of double-sided tape, Velcro and EVA material
